Situated 5 minutes from the coastal town of Eyemouth and 10 minutes from the Scottish Border, Alemill Cottages are located in Eyemouth, Berwickshire, Scotland, TD14 5TG. They are located near the Ale Water which flows to the South and its peaceful setting is ideal for a relaxing break.

Directions

From the South by car: Head up the A1 towards Edinburgh, passing Berwick Upon Tweed on the right. You will pass signs for Eyemouth on the right (A1107), and Ayton Castle will be visible on your left. About a mile on there is an unmarked turn to the right, which you should take (almost opposite a left turn for Ayton). Follow this road for approx. 2 miles. You will drive over a small bridge. Alemill cottage is up the small hill and on the left hand side.

From the North by car: Head down the A1 towards Newcastle. You will pass signs for Coldingham on the left, and Reston on the right (B6438). Take the next turn on the left (almost opposite a right turn to Ayton). Follow this road for approx. 2 miles. You will drive over a small bridge. Alemill cottage is up the small hill and on the left hand side.

By train: the nearest train station is Berwick-Upon-Tweed (15 mins drive from Alemill).
